WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT AT MY APPOINTMENT?
Expect a totally different experience than you have had elsewhere, because you will be the only bride trying on gowns!  Yes, you will have Belle's all to yourself.  Our private shopping appointments make Belle's a luxurious place to shop to find your perfect wedding gown.  Your appointment at Belle's will be approximately one hour long.  During that time a Belle's Wedding Stylist will speak with you about your wedding day and your idea of a dream gown!  

Please arrive no earlier than 5-minutes prior to your appointment time.  Since Belle's only assists one bride at a time, it is only fair to allow the bride at the appointment prior to yours the full amount of time allotted with the Wedding Stylist.  Please note, if you are more than 15 minutes late, you will need to reschedule your consultation.

DO I HAVE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?
Yes, you must make an appointment to see bridal gowns.  Since we cater to brides one-on-one, appointments are necessary.  Belle's does not allow self-service.  We recommend making your appointment as soon as you know you would like to come to Belle's.  Please call (325)673-0033 to schedule your appointment now.

SHOULD I BRING A PICTURE TO SHOW THE STYLIST?
Yes, by all means, bring a picture.  You can bring magazine clippings with you to help show what styles you prefer.

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN I BRING WITH ME?
We recommend restricting the number of people you bring with you - to one.  One person who knows you well, knows your style and taste, and who's opinion you respect.  This person is typically your mother, bridesmaid, maid of honor, or a close friend or relative.  By restricting the appointment to one other person helping you search for the perfect gown, you will avoid the very confusing and frustrating experience that occurs when you have 'too many cooks in the kitchen.'  If you bring more than 2 people with you to your appointment, only 2 guests will be able to accompany you to the showroom floor.  If there are grandparents that must be present, in addition to your 1-2 selected family or friends, we can arrange a 'showing' appointment for a larger group.  Please ask your wedding stylist for more details at your appointment.

IS IT TRUE THAT BELLE'S ONLY SEES ONE BRIDE AT A TIME?
Yes, it is true!  Belle's is an exclusive boutique that caters to brides one at a time.  That means you get the whole store to yourself - a private shopping experience.  This rare luxury is normally only experienced by celebrities.  But Belle's thought, why not?  You are shopping for the most important dress you will ever wear!  This is Belle's, not a department store.  We strive to  make shopping for a wedding gown absolutely perfect, one bride at a time!

CAN I BRING A CHILD WITH ME?
As much as we love children, a bridal shop is one of the worst place you could bring them.  There are small, chokeable objects everywhere (beads, rhinestones, etc), as well as the possibility of sharp pins and needles.  Children also LOVE to interact with their surroundings and the store is filled with pretty sparkling things they will want to touch.  Since bringing children into the bridal shop is boring at best, and harmful at most, Belle's has a strict rule of no children under 12 years old.

WHEN SHOULD I ORDER MY GOWN?
You should order your gown as early as possible.  Most gowns are ordered 9 months prior to the wedding.  Gowns can be ordered later than that, however they may be subject to a rush fee.  By ordering your gown early, you leave ample time to have your gown custom altered and have your bridal portraits made - should you elect to do so.  Often, bridal photographs are created about 2-months prior to the wedding.

CAN I BUY A GOWN FROM BELLE'S THE SAME DAY?
Belle's has gowns that can be taken home the same day.  Since your selection may be limited by size, style, and color we suggest you shop early.  Should you be shopping later than expected, we will try to accommodate you in finding your dream gown.

DO YOU DO ALTERATIONS?
Belle's does not employ a seamstress, however we can recommend the best seamstresses in town.  Their work is impeccable.  Their prices are affordable.

DO YOU HAVE SHOES, VEILS, AND UNDERGARMENTS?
Yes!  We have a variety of custom and couture veils, satin and silk shoes, petticoats, bustier, shapers, and corsets.

WHAT IS A 'WEDDING STYLIST'?
Belle's has a special type of bridal consultant called a 'wedding stylist.'  They see the gown in light of the entire wedding day.  Our Wedding Stylists can help you choose a gown that is perfect for your style, for your figure, and for your wedding.

Store hours are by appointment only.  Appointments can be made 7 days a week from 10am-8pm, subject to availability.

DO YOU CHARGE A FITTING FEE?
Belle's no longer offers fitting services for those who chose to purchase their bridesmaids gowns and tuxedos elsewhere.  There are so many variables involved, that we strongly suggest getting measured at the shop you are ordering from so they may assist you fully.
